Annual Santa Parade

It's our favorite holiday event!
Come out and say hello to Santa on Dec. 4th as he makes his way through the streets of EE/EW.
Santa and his reindeer (a SCFD Fire Truck) will take off at 10 am from English Estates Elementary. From there, they will wind their way through every street of our neighborhood.

November Yard of the Month

Our final yard winner of the season is one I always admire while walking by...

1509 Oxford Road is a dream. The dark wood, the brick, that agave... It all comes together in such a sharp, irresistible way. Be sure to check it out next time you walk or drive by.

We'll resume our YOTM selections after the winter season. Thanks for helping keep our little corner of the world so beautiful, neighbors.

THANK YOU to everyone who came out for our neighborhood Fall Block Party! It was a huge success and we collected multiple bins of food for Second Harvest Food Bank.

We're looking forward to seeing you all again at our 2022 Spring Block Party.

Join The Board!

Neighbors -- as 2021 comes to an end we're again creeping up on HOA board election time. We desperately need some new people to step up and volunteer to join the board for 2022.

Our board works on a volunteer basis and only requires about 1-2 hours of your time each month. Our voluntary board works hard to help keep our neighborhood a fun, safe, clean place to live.

All positions are open. Please email us to get your name on the ballot!

The first 100FT from a stop sign have a double yellow marking. This marking denotes an area that should be free from parking on the street. Parking in this area makes it difficult to see traffic coming/going on the cross street. Please keep these areas clear for the safety of our neighborhood.

Community Events

Come join your HOA, and fellow neighbors at our Community events. We’ve had picnics at Kewannee Park, Block Parties, and Community Garage Sales.

In addition to voicing your opinions regarding Seminole County Community Affairs.
