About Us
Founded in 1960, the English Estates/English Woods Homeowner's Association is organized as a not-for-profit Florida corporation.
The association's objectives are to build a sense of community, work with local government and law enforcement organizations to maintain a low crime rate while staying in compliance with county codes. We also actively promote neighborhood get-together's, community garage sales, and maintain responsibility for landscaping on our public entrance roads and medians.
